Many of my listings include more than one design and multiple file sizes, therefore all printable Jpeg files will be contained within one Zip file.

To have access to your files in the zip folder simply right click on the folder and select ‘extract files’. This will create a new unzipped folder with all your jpeg files from which you can use to print your artwork.

You can print in three ways:
1.Straight from your home printer, If you print at home using good quality card or art paper. Use Satin or matt paper and heavy weight paper.
2. Using an online photo lab service such as Nations Photo Lab or Shutterfly.com
3. Use a local photo service at places such as Walmart, Walgreens, Vista Print, Walgreens, Staples, Kinkos, Costco, FedEX, Snapfish, Aspen Creek

Please note that there are many variations of home printers and software, so We’re unable to provide tech support for printing issues – but for guidance, make sure your image is printed at 100% Actual Size (no scaling), no boarders and select the highest quality print mode your printer has.

The heavier the paper the better. Standard printer paper is around 80gsm – We would recommend using a minimum of 120gsm paper.
There are also different paper types such as Matt and Gloss. We recommend Gloss to achieve a better depth of colour to your print.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email or are unable to find your digital download, here are a few steps you can follow:

1. For registered users:

•Log in to your account and visit the “My Orders” section under your account page. There, you can access your past orders and download your files anytime, as many times as you need.

2. For guests (without an account):

•Please check your inbox for an email with the download link. This email is sent to both registered users and guest buyers shortly after the purchase is completed. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered there.

3. If you still cannot find your file:

•If you are unable to locate your order confirmation or download link through these methods, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through the “Help Me” form on below. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your purchased files.

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once the order has been completed. However, we understand that issues may arise.

1. If there is a problem with your order:

•If you believe there is an issue with the file, such as receiving the wrong product or encountering a digital defect, please reach out to us via the “Contact Us” page on ChagataiArt.com. We will review the issue and, if it is confirmed to be a problem on our end, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.

First, double-check the contents of your download to ensure the files aren’t stored in subfolders or as part of a larger zipped file. If everything seems correct but you’re still missing items, it’s important that we get this sorted out for you as quickly as possible!
