Let’s start…

You have (downloaded) 5 or 6 files in a high-quality Jpeg format (300dpi).
When you find the size you want to print from the table, you will see what ratio file you need.

Downloaded .zip file

You have (downloaded) a .zip file. First step double click on it and extract to files.

Ratio Files

You have 5 or 6 files in a high-quality Jpeg (300dpi) and ''How to print manuel'' PDF File. (This PDF is same of this page)

Choose Right File

Accourding the blow table you can choose your right ratio file.

If you are having problems downloading the product, you can review our “How to Download” article.

Make sure to know your frame’s or page’s dimensions. (24 x 36 inchs, 20 x 25 inches…  etc.)
Check the table of ratios. Which Ratio file has included your frame’s dimensions, you have to use that file for print.

  • You may see colors differently depending on the characteristics of the monitor you are using. Output quality differs depending on the printer you use. Our advice is to examine the products with a quality monitor and print out the products you buy from high quality printers.

  • Chagatai the products you purchased are digital, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.
  • Due to differences in how monitors and printers are calibrated, colors may vary. Print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used. For the best results, especially for color prints, you can take your digital file to a printer for professional printing or use an online printing service.
  • You can print at home on your own printer
  • You can print it out by sending it to printing centers
  • You can upload your files online to a printing service such as
  • Adorama Pix, Shutterfly, etc.

Use matte or satin heavier weight paper for better quality

  • Tips in order to ensure you get the best final product:
  • Use high-quality, heavier paper or card stock.
  • Use a reputable print service
  • If printing at home use a heavier paper such as 200-250g
  • Matte or semi-matte finish usually have the best results
  • If printing on uncoated paper, be aware that the image might be a little darker than what you see on the screen.
