Due to the nature of our products, which are digital downloads, we do not offer returns. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned.
If there is an error on our end—such as incorrect files or technical issues preventing the proper delivery of the purchased product—we will offer a full refund.
Any issues or discrepancies must be reported within the legal timeframe applicable to your jurisdiction. We will do our best to resolve any problems promptly.
Should you experience any difficulties downloading your product, we are committed to ensuring you receive what you paid for. We will provide the purchased product via alternative methods to guarantee successful delivery.
If you need to make any changes to your order, you can do so as long as the product has not yet been downloaded. Once the download is complete, changes cannot be made.
All of our physical products, including deskmats and printed posters, are made to order and produced specifically for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color choice, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@chagataiart.com with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or offer a full refund.
Please note:
Claims made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping costs for returned items (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
